Pig Shares are the most cost-effective way of buying local properly raised pork. Purchasing a pig share will give you a mixture of cuts from a pig carcass divided up  amongst 4-8 customers. Shares will include most of the following cuts frozen, vac sealed, in family size portions (1-4lbs per pack):
 
Ground Pork, Bone-In Pork Chops, Cubed Pork, Pork Cutlet, Chopped Pork, Pork Shoulder, Pork Shank, Spareribs, Rendered Lard,  Bones, Organs at request *no skin on cuts
